Is there a cost for return shipping?
Any Eight Mattress can be returned within 100 days of the delivery date without shipping charges. To ensure the integrity and sanitary standard of our products, Eight does not re-use or offer refurbished mattresses and hence, do not take back the mattress. Our team will reach out individually with suggested options of disposal according to your location.
Do I need to put the mattress back in the box to return it?

How do I return my Eight mattress?

Can I return only one piece of the Smart Mattress?
Customers who have purchased the Smart Mattress can keep either component of the Smart Mattress and receive a partial refund. Sleep Trackers purchased as part of the Smart Mattress are covered by the 100 night trial period.
Most of the Accessories collection (except The Adjustable Base), comes with a 30 Day Return Policy. This applies to the Sleep Tracker, The Simple Foundation, pillows, sheets, waterproof protectors and glasses.
The Adjustable Base is final sale and not eligible for returns.
The policy for accessories is not extended if purchases with a mattress or smart mattress.
